We have been producing Gourmet Grassfed Galloway beef since 1998. Solid color Galloway cattle have been producing quality beef for five centuries. They are one of the oldest and purest of the British beef breeds. Known for their non-selective grazing habits, they are easy on the grass sward. Their double haircoat in winter provides them with an energy efficiency that reduces their need for backfat = less waste left behind on the cutting room floor. Galloway beef is very tender, and finely marbled. We sell limited cuts for sampling prior to ordering by the side.

Our bakery, also known as Founders Bakery, produces premium quality baked goods, including viennoiseries, laminated pasties such as authentic-made croissants, pain au chocolat, Danishes and more. Our goal is to source a majority of our ingredients from within a defined geographical distance of our locations(s), AND/OR through deep-relationships we have with our suppliers, not just through a telephone or website.
