Biography
My family has been raising beef for many years. We had a Registered Holstein dairy for many years and switched to a beef only program about fifteen years ago. We have been mostly a cow/calf operation and only fed a few head for locker beef. When we had more than our family needed, started selling to friends and friends of friends. We have improved the quality of our product and would like to offer to a larger market. Our steers are home raised and finished on a corn ration for 100+ days before we deliver to the locker. We sell halves or quarters.
